The quality of these houses is highlighted by ceramic surfaces playing a unifying role within the project. The single-colour floor surface is distributed in an ordered and homogeneous way inside and outside the house, thus contributing to the qualification of each environment: from the open spaces of the living room and kitchen to the garden, bathroom and corridors. The living space is modulated according to the tile formats, through a balanced study of their installation scheme, calibrated according to the size and specific functions of each room.
