A small-scale urban modernisation project based on the balance of form and the material use of colour. The project defines a simple urban setting, through well balanced proportions between the spaces in focus and the surrounding structures. The minimalist treatment of the ceramic surfaces of the entrance and the central courtyard concurs significantly in defining the environmental quality of the area. Great care and attention has been paid to the installation and details.
