Casalgrande Padana has always had the continuous improvement of the employees’ health and safety as one of its goals, in the belief that working in perfect safety is an essential duty for oneself and for other people. In order to provide proper protection from and prevention of any risk, to be more flexible in adapting to the developments of technical laws and standards, to design and develop its production processes with workplace health and safety in mind, Casalgrande Padana has implemented a Workplace Health and Safety Management System which complies with BS OHSAS 18001 standards.
