TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA 

The Data Controller will transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area only toward countries that ensure an adequate level of protection for the data subjects' personal data, based on an adequacy decision by European Commission, or as a result of the adoption of appropriate or suitable safeguards, anyway in full compliance with the GDPR.

  • third parties potentially or currently involved in extraordinary transactions, and/or the sale/acquisition of our corporate branch (including but not limited to subjects directly involved in such transactions and their consultants);

  • companies of our same Group (subsidiaries, sister companies, affiliated companies) to ensure the services required for performing the Contract or complying with administrative, tax, and accounting obligations.

TRANSFERING PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA
