Working climate, professional development, growth prospects, sustainability and corporate values are just some of the 27 aspects examined on a sample basis by the German Institute of Quality and Finance (ITQF) in the fourth edition of the Top Job 2021-2022 study, the broadest-ranging analysis conducted in Italy, in synergy with La Repubblica Affari&Finanza, which has awarded Casalgrande Padana the “Top Job 2021-22” quality seal.
The German institute applied the social listening method, a meticulous internet analysis that used artificial intelligence to collect, over the last 12 months, more than 1 million online mentions (in social media, blogs, forums and portals) regarding 2000 employers in a variety of sectors, including: food and drink, consumer goods, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, energy and raw materials, finance, the mechanical, electronic and technological industries, services and transport.
Earning a place in the ITQF rankings is a visible, official indication of corporate excellence. The quality seal is an effective opportunity to demonstrate that excellence, and to attract new business opportunities, customers and investors.
