Sober and elegant as to the use of colour and composition throughout the building, the floor becomes the unitary and qualifying part of the display area. The all-over effect of the ceramic cladding is only broken by the strip of tiling that dynamically cuts through the whole set-up to describe a functional yet decorative route: a decisive graphic statement that persuasively affects the horizontal plane to transmit movement and lend depth to the surface, like a patchwork mat arranged with infinite chromatic awareness.
